FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

● How many revisions do you offer?

We currently offer up to FIVE free revisions with any one of our services. Additional revisions can be purchased. This is to ensure customer wait time is kept to a minimum as designs are handled on a "first come first served" basis.

● What is your turn around time?

Turn around usually happens within 24-48 hours after payment is received. Times can vary depending on the complexity of a design. Customers who do not have a concept or are unsure of what they want many experience a longer wait.

● Do you offer samples?

Simple answer is NO, we do not offer any sample artwork. Any customer curious about our work can view our many designs either in our gallery or on our social media pages.
